About
This project is repaving State Road 60 (Adamo Drive) from east of US 41 (50th Street) to east of US 301 in Tampa.
Construction activities are taking place during daytime and nighttime hours. Work requiring lane closures will occur nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Access to driveways, sidewalks, and side streets to be maintained. Motorists are reminded to use caution when traveling through the work zone and remain alert for pedestrians and construction workers.
Construction activities are estimated to finish during early 2026.

PROJECT UPDATE: Orient Road Closed north of SR 60 (Adamo Drive) through mid- November
Orient Road remains closed to the north of SR 60 (Adamo Drive) through Friday, November 21, 2025.
During this ongoing road closure, motorists to continue detouring around the work zone using US 301, SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard), and US 41 (50th Street).
Message boards and signage are in place assisting drivers traveling through the area. Motorists should use caution while driving through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
This closure is necessary for crews to perform roadway construction and signal work at Orient Road as part of the SR 60 (Adamo Drive) repaving project between US 41 (50th Street) and US 301 in Hillsborough County.
