About
The State Road 60 (Kennedy Boulevard) roadway improvements will preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement by milling and resurfacing pavement in this area of Tampa.
Curb ramps will be upgraded to comply with current ADA standards and general safety modification work will be completed including wider sidewalk throughout the project limits.
New traffic signals will be installed at the intersections of Habana Avenue, Fremont Avenue, and Oregon Avenue.
Bus stop, special emphasis cross walks, and other traffic operational improvements will be incorporated.
This project will also replace and rehabilitate the existing drainage system.
Construction activities are expected to begin fall of 2025.
