All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
This project added one westbound lane to SR 60 (Memorial Highway) from the George J. Bean Parkway ramp to the Courtney Campbell Causeway near the Tampa International Airport (TPA).
In addition, a new flyover ramp was constructed from westbound SR 60 (Memorial Highway) to the Independence Parkway.
Construction activities were expected to finish during spring 2026.
*Construction cost includes original construction contract amount plus approved contract changes. It does not include inspection oversight.
