About

The purpose of this 1.47 mile project is to resurface SR 54 from west of Virginia City Drive to Old Mill Pond Drive in the New Port Richey area of Pasco County.

The traffic signal at Rowan Rd will be upgraded as part of this project. In addition, the median opening east of Rowan Rd will be closed. The alignment of the road will not be altered from the existing conditions and all improvements are to be made within the existing right-of-way.

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
