About
This project will mill and repave SR 54 from east of Gunn Highway to east of Crossings Boulevard (Odessa area of Pasco County) to preserve and extend the life of the pavement. It will also include safety modifications and will improve ADA facilities along SR 54.
Black Lake Road will also be repaved as part of this project.
Minor drainage and signing/pavement marking work will also take place. All improvements will be made within the existing rights-of-way.
Construction began June 23, 2025.
