SR 52 Widening from east of Ehren Cutoff to Old Pasco Road 256334-1-52-01

This project involves widening SR 52 (Schrader Highway) from the existing two-lane road to a four-lane divided road. To minimize right of way acquisition, the widening will generally occur to the north of the existing roadway.

The segment of SR 52 between Bellamy Brothers Boulevard and Old Pasco Road will be widened along the inside of the existing roadway and will be milled and resurfaced. 

A 12-foot wide multi-use trail will be constructed along the north side of the road as well.

The project is currently under design. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2027.
