Closures

  • Access from Curlew Road to Bayside Boulevard Remains Closed

    Clearwater/Oldsmar, FL - Access from Curlew Road (SR 586) to Bayside Boulevard remains closed until end of September 2026, weather permitting.

    During this ongoing road closure, motorists will continue detouring around the work zone using Tampa Road (SR 584), Oakleaf Boulevard, and Peppertree Drive to reach Bayside Boulevard.

    Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers, cyclists, and pedestrians.

    This ongoing road closure is necessary for crews to finalize drainage improvements for the Curlew Road (SR 586) project from Countryside Boulevard to Tampa Road in Pinellas County.

  • SR 586 (Curlew Road) from McMullen Booth Road to Tampa Road 
    Lane closures (eastbound): 24 hours a day through late 2026
